Scott McDanielAndrew’s practice focuses on general civil litigation matters. Andrew has successfully represented small and large corporations, insurance companies and individuals in a variety of legal disputes. He has achieved significant success for his clients utilizing pre-litigation negotiations and alternative dispute resolution. Andrew has represented litigation clients in numerous practice areas, including insurance bad faith, subrogation, third-party claims, products liability, premises liability, torts, family law and constitutional law.

Andrew is admitted to the state bar of Oklahoma as well as all federal courts in Oklahoma. Andrew is a member of the American Inns of Court, Council Oak Chapter, and the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Law Office Management and Technology Section. Andrew also volunteers as a judge for the University of Tulsa College of Law Board of Advocates Moot Court teams.

Andrew graduated cum laude with a B.S.B.A. in Business Management from The University of Tulsa in 2006, and graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2009. While in law school, Andrew was awarded Order of the Barristers, was a member of the prestigious Phi Delta Phi academic fraternity, served as Executive Vice President of the Board of Advocates, and served as Articles Editor of the Energy and Environmental Law Journal.
